Booking Policy

Enquiries: A booking enquiry does not confirm your appointment — we'll always follow up personally to confirm your date, time, and treatment.
Deposit: A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from your treatment total on the day.
Changes & Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrivals: Appointments will be held for 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without letting us know, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Advanced Treatments: Advanced treatments booked without a prior consultation may be declined on the day if your skin isn't in a suitable condition. We'll always work with you to build your skin's tolerance for future treatment, but won't carry out a service that could risk damaging your skin.
