We do not store local digital copies of your medical consultation forms on our personal devices.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or clinical insurance requirements (medical treatment records are typically held for a minimum of 7 years post-treatment).
